Shipping Information

Online orders are normally processed within 2 business days, holidays may delay an order by 1-2 days. 
Orders are normally shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping time may take 4-10 days. 

US Customers may select Priority Mail (approximately 2-3 days) or Express Mail (next day as available) for an additional shipping charge.

International Orders: 
Orders over $50 are shipped via USPS Global Priority unless a customer selects Global Express as an option (where available) for an additional shipping charge. 

Back Ordered Items:

Many of our mineral cosmetics are handmade, and occasionally an item may be back ordered.  If you receive your order and an item is missing, it will be noted on your invoice and in your email shipment notice. The missing item will be shipped as soon as we receive it, with no additional shipping charges. We do appreciate your patience.

Returns:

Mineral cosmetics and brushes can only be returned if they are UNOPENED. If you are unsure of a color, please email us to inquire if a sample is available.
Return requests must be received within 7 days of receipt.

If you feel you must return an item, you must get an authorization before any product will be accepted for credit or refund. We cannot reimburse return shipping costs.

Send an email to return@colortools.com, it must include your order number, order date, bill to and ship to addresses and your email address. Return instructions will be provided.

Damaged or incorrect merchandise should be reported as soon as it arrives. We will provide instruction for return and replacement at no cost to you.

We will promptly refund your full purchase price upon receipt.  We do not reimburse return shipping costs.

*ColorTools products include Professional Kits, Personal Deluxe Kits, Imagicolor Face Frames, Gemtone Cards and their associated printed instruction materials. Cosmetics are specifically excluded as outlined in our other stated policies. 

Senegence Cosmetics may be returned or exchanged within 30 days (even if opened). Sales receipt must accompany product returns or replacements. Send an email to returns@colortools.com for authorization and return shipping instructions.
