Ultra Matte Mineral Shadows
These shadows are truly matte and contain NO fillers, talc or mica so there is no eye irritation. They can be used dry or wet, even as an eyeliner. Applied wet, a tiny amount of shadow will make them glide on for a striking or dramatic effect.
